Memphis Style Ribs(continued)
3 to 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Barbecue Seasoning, garlic salt and chipotle chile pepper in small bowl. Lightly rub ribs with oil and generously season both sides with seasoning mixture.
2. Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan; cover tightly with foil.
3. Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
